"Flight of the Cranes" Exhibition
Very appropriately timed to this years release of a new batch of 19 cranes, as part of Somerset Art Weeks, there will be a crane-inspired exhibition by Somerset Crafts at the Avalon Marshes Centre, near Shapwick between 15th and 30th September. There will be crane project exhibition at the centre for the final weekend of Arts Week and Saturday 29th will see some crane-inspired art workshops between 2pm and 4pm and on Sunday 30th there will be a programme of guided walks, family activities and screenings of the 'Return of the Cranes' film throughout the day.

Damon’s role is to act as the hub of the project - making sure everyone involved knows what is going on and that it is all running smoothly. He is also responsible for project community awareness work in Somerset, construction of the release enclosure, and running the post release monitoring work in Somerset. Damon works alongside the RSPB reserve teams in Somerset.

The exhibition that they offer here is so good. You are able to see and learn so much about the cranes. The work behind this project is so good. Keep up the good work.Chiropractor Toronto
sad to say that at my age now, i really haven't seen a Crane flying. lucky are those who have at least once in their lifetime see those wonderful moments. and if i can have that moment, how i wish i can preserve it through the basic self storage ways or the storage west midlands ways
